Meet our Founder, Jessica Moloney
Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, the CEO of Elite Empowerment, and the founder of Boss Babes Who Brunch. She is also the author of the Breakthrough self guided empowerment journal, and a Motivational Speaker, having shared stages with Les Brown, Jillian Michaels, & Vivica A. Fox. Prior to founding Boss Babes Who Brunch, she spent 20 years studying human behavior and mindset, which she uniquely incorporates into her networking events. Jessica started her first entrepreneurial journey in 2014 and in 2020, after her own battles with shame and emotional abuse, transitioned into becoming an award winning women’s empowerment coach and was featured twice in Times Square for sharing messages of self love and body positivity. She has since taken those 10 years of business experience in the online space and transitioned into business coaching for women entrepreneurs ready to make massive amounts of income and impact through the Boss Babes Who Brunch Mastermind. As our leader & coach, Jessica’s mission is to empower busy growth minded women entrepreneurs to break through barriers of success & build the business of their dreams so that they can reach new heights in achieving their big, audacious goals of success and freedom!
